Flight data recorder is the important equipment in the UAV recording of flight state and task parameters. With the rapidly development and application of UAV, the requirement of data storage capacity of UAV flight data recorder is bigger and bigger. Therefore, the unloading time of storage data of UAV flight data recorder becomes longer and longer.This paper presents a scheme on data unloading and processing of high capacity UAV data recorder with the practical engineering application of high capacity UAV data recorder, based on the present status and development trend of on the unloading and processing data at home and abroad, to the data unloading rate requirement of UAV flight data recorder. The main controller of the data recorder uses FPGA chip with high integration, low power consumption architecture and logic unit; It uses RS232 bus serial matching with the storage plate rate to receive the UAV data; It uses the technology of USB bus as the high speed data unloading interface, improving the data transmission rate and reducing data unloading time reliably and effectively; It uses the computer(PC) to process and store the unloaded data with mature software technology, flexible and convenient. The hardware circuit principle diagram and PCB diagram of the whole data recorder are drawn with Protel DXP, selection and design of each function module chip are described in detail, the read and write operation programming verification under the mode of FIFO to the USB interface, RS232 interface on the Quartus II platform of FPGA with Verilog HDL language. The development of USB equipment, including the realization of USB firmware, USB driver and PC software. At last, based on the study of unloading data processing, the paper proposes a new method combined singular value decomposition algorithm with wavelet analysis, and using this method for the processed verification of unloading data sequence.The data processing method which is combined singular value decomposition algorithm with wavelet analysis and UAV data recorder which is designed in this paper, make beneficial exploration to the engineering realization of UAV large capacity data recorder and data processing technology. It also has great reference to the data unloading of large capacity data recorder and processing in other areas.
