| According to the Wenchang South Road interchange bridge in Zhangjiakou City,a finite element model of Midas/Civil is established. Analysis the internal force and linetype state of the bridge in different construction stages, the calculated results will be as the control parame-ters of the actual control of the construction, also serve as comparative data for measured data.In the first and second part,the paper introduces the concept of cable-stayed bridge, the development process and the development trend of cable-stayed bridge. Then presents the status and importance of the cable-stayed bridge construction control. Finally, the paper introduces the content and method of the cable-stayed bridge construction control, and the influence factors of the cable-stayed bridge construction control.The third part introduce the process of establish the Midas/Civil finite model of Wen--chang South Road Interchange Bridge in Zhangjiakou City in detail. From the all kinds of related material properties are presented and the integration of the specific structure to the details of the concrete modeling process, to the simulation of construction process and the internal force and deformation of the construction process, the paper has a detailed introduction.The fourth part of the paper introduce the construction control process of the main bridge.Through control the elevation and cable force to achieve the construction control. Measure the cable force and the elevation in the construction control process and compare with the model calculation data. If the measured data and the theoretical calculation error exceeds the scope of the provision, it is necessary to make further adjustments, which makes the construction process smoothly.The last part of this paper introduce the rotation construction in detail.It’s include reasonableplan to move the support, swivel unbalanced weighing and swivel construction control. |
