With the advance of China's industrialization process,the constant increase demand of resources and energy and the amount of emissions rapid growing cause serious damage to the environment and ecology. How to carry out the strategy of sustainable development and how to keep the balance between economic development and resources and environment has become the focus of people's attention. The energy saving and environmental friendly advantage of Remanufacture make it have great development potential and research significance in the current industrial environment.This paper chooses turbocharger used extsnsively in private car as research object,researchs its active remanufacturing optimal time.To resolve the problem of premature and postmature remanufacturing, the remanufacturing time of the turbocharger is divided into two points:upper limit and lower limit.To determine the upper limit,the paper analyses two factoes of the cost and energy consumption in its whole life cycle and obtains the relationship between the annual energy consumption and service time as well as the relationship between the annual cost and service time, regression equation was used to analyse the cost of remanufacturing,establishing the regression equation of remanufacturing cost and reuse, remanufacturing parts proportion to estimate remanufacturing cost.finally a better point called upper limit point has been received through using genetic algorithm to optimize the two factors.Rotor was chosed as the research object to determine the lower limit,neural network was used to establish the mapping relation between the influence factors and the remanufacturing service cycle.The input of neural network was accuracy loss, vibration, fatigue crack and the residual stress,the threshold of input is determined by the threshold of equipment performance degradation and current remanufacturing technology,finally the lower limit point of Remanufacturing is ascertained by above information.Remanufacturing time domain has been got through the analysis of the upper limit and lower limit,this provides a theoretical basis for the recovery and remanufacturing of turbocharger, which has important practical and theoretical significance.
