Study On Strategy Of Overall Layout For General Hospital Renovation And Expansion

In the late of the 20th century, all over the country began to build a large number of hospital buildings, after decades of development, the hospitals have gradually become to be the core undertaker of the urban medical; in recent ten years, along with the continuous development of medical function system, medical equipment and technology continue to push new, health concept has become increasingly diversified, the requirement of hospital construction entered a period of rapid development. But, because of the study theory and practice of the hospital building foundation is weak in the early time, so in the pre construction of the dynamic development of hospital building characteristics is considered inadequatly, and the hospitals exposed the shortcomings in the follow-up development.This article takes the large general hospital of the city as the research object.Firstly, sort out the domestic and foreign hospital building development related theory; then take ten hospitals overall layout of of Dalian city as example,and took out the general hospital reform strategy for the design of the overall layout of the expansion, provide a reference for the future to change, and combined with the actual case of general hospitals in China standard system for the extension part of the recommendations.The paper is divided into five chapters. Chapter one describes the background of the research and the problems existing in the current study, review of domestic and foreign theoretical research and development; the second chapter for the subject of basic theory research, summary our country general hospital reform expansion of the overall layout of the development history and the main points of the design.The third chapter and the fourth through in Dalian City changed extension overall layout research analysis, leading to the real reason for the layout of existing problems; and from remodeling function layout, traffic streamline reorganization, the external environment repair three level comprehensive inquiry of hospital rebuilding and expansion of the overall layout strategy.In the fifth chapter,the paper takes the general layout design of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical Universityas example, the design method of the fourth chapter is discussed.
