As a new energy saving and emission reduction vehicle, electric vehicle (EV) is regarded as an important carrier to realize the sustainable development of the automobile industry. At present, the range anxiety of EVs had been widely concerned, researchers explore many factors that cause the range anxiety and propose corresponding solutions, including the research of charging station location model. However, it is less common that the existing researches study the relationship between the range anxiety level and the influencing factors by quantitative methods. Secondly, the range anxiety cannot be ignored in the development process of EV, but the existing literature rarely involves the study of how to influence charging station location considering range anxiety; In addition, traffic demand uncertainty should be also the content of the research about the charging station location. This paper would carry out related research on the aforementioned three aspects.First, this paper collected data through the questionnaire, using logit model to estimate parameters, and establishing the relationship model between range anxiety levels and influencing factors. The conclusions were obtained as follows:range anxiety is the inherent psychological state of the human to the EV, and the anxiety level varies with the basic attribute of the individual; Unilaterally raising people's perceptual cognition on electric vehicle, such as the basic characteristics of the electric vehicle, the advantages and disadvantages, would increase the range anxiety level, while only to improve driving travel experience and other specific rational cognition could reduce the range anxiety level of the public; The defects existing in the electric vehicle were important factors to lead to higher range anxiety level of public, so the improvement of EV technology level and the perfection of related service facilities could greatly reduce people's range anxiety level.Second, this paper formulated the rules of charging behavior and route selection for the EV's users and considered the range anxiety. A bi-level optimization model for the location of the fast charging stations based on the commuter travel was proposed based on the model proposed by Lee. The appropriate model algorithm was selected and the framework of the algorithm was built for this model. The validity of the model was verified by the example of Sioux Falls road network, and the relationship between the range anxiety level and the charging rate, the failure rate of the trip and the average travel time of the vehicle were analyzed. The model in this paper could not only provide an effective method to solve the location of urban rapid charging station, but also, it took into account the difference of the mileage anxiety level of the EV's user groups to compare with the previous location model of charging station.Finally, two constraint conditions, the uncertainty of traffic demand and the limited capacity of the charging station, were added into the model. Which made the location model adapt to the situation that the traffic demand changed. Meanwhile, the probabilities that the charging stations were selected were more balanced and the charging stations were fully used. The model is more practical.
