With the rapidly development of tunnel construction technology in recent years, our country has built many tunnels. At present, The total length of our country's tunnel is the highest in the world, and we have built a lot of tunnel sunder a variety of complex environments. However, the method of tunnel detection technology is very backward, and our country is still use traditional methods for detecting. The traditional detection methods were detected by using total station and section instrument etc, which not only consumes a lot of manpower and material resources, take up too much of the construction time, and the detection efficiency is low.With the advent of the 3D laser scanner, 3D laser scanning technology with its can continuously, automatically and quickly acquisition large object surface 3D point data, the advantages of non-contact measurement can be carried out, loved by the people gradually. During the tunnel detecting, 3D laser scanner can emission scanning light source actively, and it can construction the real shape of object rapidly by collecting a large number of point cloud data. So it can be true, accurate, clearly showing the structural condition of the tunnel.3D laser scanning technology provides a new method and means for obtaining spatial data, but also to promote the 3D data acquisition is developing toward the direction of real-time, dynamic, integrated, digital and intelligent. The 3D laser scanning technology is a new technology of 3D measurement, this paper studies the application of this technology in the detection of tunnel. Measurement adopts Amberg patent laser point cloud quickly absolute positioning technology, first on-the-spot investigation, tentatively scan path, set measuring station number and position, scanning range; layout control network, control measure; using total station instrument of point cloud data absolute positioning to achieve the automatic registration of point cloud. And then use the TMS office tunnel professional software to deal with data scanning, to design of the tunnel axis for reference extraction tunnel cross section, finally, combined with the scanner to obtain image data and tunnel completed comparison of measurement data section convergence analysis, then from the plane started the whole map browse tunnel wall surface damaged cracks, leaks and other analysis, the completion of the tunnel disease detection. Finally then assess the accuracy and precision of analysis, To verify that the three-dimensional laser scanning technology hidden in tunnels and other underground engineering testing effective, rational and accuracy. We can analysis the mistake occurred during the job when analysis the Precision of the result. We should pay attention to proper operation thereby reducing mistakes during the job through this analysis precision. Experimental results show that the detection technology can be used to obtain reliable tunnel detection information, which has a certain practical value, and has a great prospect in the wide application of the direction.
