In the process of the development of more than 200 years, grouting technology, as a branch of geotechnical engineering gradually become a perfect theory of technology from the experience method.Because the technology is simple, economic and effective, which has been widely applied is in mine, water conservancy, civilengineering, transportation and other fields, especially with the emergence of new grouting materials, grouting technique has been heavily promoted by the development.This article is base on the new grouting material which has been widely used, SJP time-varying slurry viscosity material, through the digital cement hydration heat measurement system, rotational viscometer, grout diffusion test equipment, the hydration reaction process and the rheological properties of cement grout is discussed, and combined with the indoor simulation test to study the grout diffusion regularity in the fractured rock mass, at last, on the basis of the test build SJP viscosity modified slurry diffusion theory model in fractured rock mass.Specific research contents and results are as follows:(1) SJP is studied the influence of the viscosity of modified grouting materials and water glass- the cement slurry of cement hydration process through digital cement hydration heat measurement system;and the role of composition additives in 2#, 3# of SJP is studied by means of control variable viscosity modified slurry material additives on hydration process.(2) Different water cement ratio of the ordinary cement slurry, SJP viscosity modified slurry and sodium silicate is studied cement slurry rheological characteristics and grout belongs to flow pattern, according to the results of the experiment verify the slurry flow in the conclusion of the same type process flow.To explore the relationship between the various slurry viscosity and the time at the same time, the viscosity is obtained by function fitting and exponential function equation.(3) Determine the common cement slurry, SJP time-varying slurry viscosity and water glass- the basic physical and mechanical properties of cement grout, and compared the test results show that theSJP time-varying slurry viscosity with the characteristics of initial fluidity, good flowability, early stage can pump controlled, final setting time is short, early strength increasing fast later strength is not lower than the nature of water to cement ratio with ordinary cement strength, is an ideal grouting material to solve a large quantity of grouting leakage in the process of grouting.(4) Grout diffusion test device was used to study the diffusion of the cement slurry under different crack form and spread rule, through the horizontal and vertical distance of grout diffusion, and through the test flow, fissure Angle, illustrates the grouting slurry viscosity is the main factors influencing the slurry horizontal diffusion;At the same time by different signs of ordinary cement slurry viscosity SJP time-varying slurry viscosity flow in the inclined crack, explores its viscosity time-varying nature of the good effect in fracture plugging.(5) Combining the early stage of SJP time-varying of the rheological properties of slurry viscosity test, the use of the constitutive equations of bingham fluid, consider bingham fluid flow nucleus, at the same time considering fracture dip Angle, the slurry viscosity modified influence on grout diffusion, SJP is derived when the viscosity of modified slurry in the fissure grouting diffusion theory model.
