| In actual engineering,measuring the resistance of the small resistance,like certain parts of welding transformer resistance of specific parts,engine resistance and resistivity of mixed materials is needed.How to accurately measure small resistance tolerance is a subject which is worth studying.In scientific research,processing and manufacturing,and other fields have a lot of weak signal(such as voltage,current,resistance,etc.)requires accurate measurement,and the big test current may cause the change of the resistance tolerance under test,the resulting voltage drop is small test current flows through the weak resistance is very weak,so the micro resistance measurement is involved in the control of the test current and need to accurately measure the resistance under test.Current embedded technology rapid development,has been applied in various fields,select use of embedded technology,real-time control performance of micro resistance measurement for optimization and improvement of can make measurement process more secure,more accurate measurement results.Resistance measurement is the basic method of voltage and current test,due to the weak signal of not only itself was small,but also easy to submerged by noise signal,so the method can’t be measured and the weak signal accurately.In this article the micro resistance measurements using high voltage pulse discharge technology,through the analysis of calculation and breakdown voltage and current waveform generated at the moment of micro resistance tolerance.The method contains significant noise on the acquisition of waveform,before the micro resistance tolerance is determined,need to choose by comparing the existing filter method can meet the requirements of most filtering algorithm to filter the acquisition of waveform.So first analyzes the problems existing in the current micro resistance measurement,and combining with the content and implementation of embedded real-time system,real-time technology,compares the current different choose the most suitable for micro resistance measurement scheme,clear the problems and needs improvement,proposed method,a new method for measuring high voltage pulse.And discuss in the micro resistance measurement is critical and is closely related to the filtering problem of some algorithms.In particular,simulation and implementation of embedded microcontroller resistance measurement is the micro resistance measurements of high voltage pulse,the realization method of practical application and the module.Innovation point of this article is: the introduction of high voltage pulse to measure micro resistance,can make the interference greatly abate,make the micro resistance to lerance measurement more accurate. |
