Hydraulic buffer is the important buffer damping part in heavy equipment,widely used in construction,vehicles,machinery and other engineering industries.Applied to the vehicle suspension system,hydraulic buffer has the very good buffer vibration absorption,which can effectively improve the performance of vehicle suspension system and the traffic capacity.Depend on the hydraulic damping force,the objects on the hydraulic buffer have been buffered,which will slow down and eventually stop.The hydraulic buffer will absorb energy by the way of transmitting the heat from the buffer energy to the air.In order to obtain the desired buffer characteristic of The Gradual Throttling Hydraulic Buffer,according to the structure characteristics and working principle of hydraulic buffer,and based on the theory of fluid mechanics and theoretical mechanics,The Gradual Throttling Hydraulic Buffer establish the mathematical model of the buffering process.Establish the both sides of the orifice flow equation,which is based on ideal buffering curve as the target function,then get the mathematical model of buffer effective throttle area.By the derivation of the formula,we can get throttle external contour curve equation of The Gradual Throttling Hydraulic Buffer.Using Matlab to solve the formula,and through the means of numerical fitting,we get the polynomial fitting equation of the curve.The curve equation was applied to the mathematical model of the buffering process,and get the ideal buffering curve,so that it can verify the accuracy of the buffer process model and the feasibility of the effective orifice size model establishment's method.Making the simulation analysis to the whole process of buffer and reset,put the results compared with the desired buffer characteristic of constant throttling buffer,showing that in the same circumstances,the Gradient Throttle Hydraulic Buffer relatively has higher efficiency and a smaller buffer maximum buffer force than Constant Throttling Hydraulic Buffer.For the study of role of Gradient Throttle Hydraulic Buffer in tracked vehiclesuspension system,three dimensional model of single wheel oil and gas suspension system of tracked vehicle was established based on multi-body simulation software RecurDyn.Loading the fitting curve of numerical analysis of buffer characteristics into the model,we can get the multi-body dynamics model corresponding numerical calculation,and put the model of vibration platform and the road into simulation.Three kinds of buffer effects are obtained by giving different initial speed of vibration platform,we can analysis buffer characteristic in the contrast of the buffer mechanism,which is impacted of different impacting speed of buffering characteristics;Through the road simulation analysis of the buffer under different driving speeds and the changing curve of balancing elbow swing angle with time,we can get the influence of the buffer to the balancing elbow and the vehicle in the pavement movement,and comparing the effect of the suspension system in the same conditions without buffer and Constant Throttling Damper,The Gradual Throttling Hydraulic Buffer can highlight its more excellent cushioning properties,and it can verify the accuracy of the math establishment's method.
