Firstly,this paper analyzes the domestic and foreign green ecological living area theory research and practical experience,in theory,to fully explore the history of development of the theory of area of domestic and international green building and the green ecological residential,of domestic green building rating on the current domestic and international green ecological live evaluation standard and practical experience are analyzed.In the full understanding of domestic green residential area theory and practice under the premise,the green ecological living connotation,composition and scale were sorting and refining,for green living district planning design concept and principle of the sort,further put forward the district planning,design and construction key points of green ecological residential.Paper of Zhuzhou Yunlong demonstration zone residential area of concrete research to carry on the analysis and the summary;combined with the specific case of Yunlong demonstration zone green ecological living area development of green ecological area with the natural conditions,social and economic conditions were analyzed.Analysis summary of Yunlong demonstration zone area development mode of residential,and by combining demonstration area overall planning function zoning,of Yunlong demonstration zone green ecological living area development of regional arrangements,and put forward the concrete development mode in specific areas.Through the practice of planning and design of specific projects proposed district planning design concept and design process of green ecological residence,and has carried on the discussion to the detail design document: respectively from the overall positioning,planning and design of special documents and relates to the technical and economic index of specific examples to explore.So it is concluded that the development of green ecological residential area is an effective measure to solve the current problems of living environment,and the unique nature of Yun Long’s demonstration area.The social economy,policy and so on a series of conditions make the development of green ecological residential areais feasible and operable.Need to fully explore the local cultural characteristics,the use of local natural conditions,use the model analysis and computer simulation,a series of technical standards,to carry out the rate of ecological settlements planning and design.
