Intelligent electricity has been one hot spot but a difficult point of the research of smart grid. To make the way of power supply and utilization more flexible and interactive is the development tendency of intelligent electricity, whose key characteristic is interactivity of information, energy and operation between power grid and customers. Energy efficiency optimization management system in the demand side is a central control system dedicated to manage and schedule the operation of electricity appliances, the charge/discharge of storage batteries as well as the operation of renewable energy generation system automatically. It is not only an effective approach to conduct the demand response in smart grid, but also it is useful to reduce electricity bill for end-users. Through using the real-time electricity pricing, it will guide users to participate in power system operation and management, encourage user’s power consumption in valley time for reducing the peak load, so as to improve the load rate of system, achieve the purpose of peak load shaving, while realize the emission reduction and reduce user’s electricity expenditure.This paper is aimed at researching a voltage control strategy which makes user devices respond to the operation states of smart grid automatically. It helps to achieve the flexible interaction and sufficient coordination between the user devices and smart grid, contributes to maintain the smart grid operate safely and stably, benefits to lead the rational utilization of power, and aims at energy conservation and emission reduction. To achieve this goal, the paper carries out several specific tasks below:Firstly, this paper summarizes the characteristics and classification of Grid-Friendly-Load (LGF), analyzes the development prospects for LGF, and researches in the advantages of air conditioner load as grid friendly loads, and further, this paper study on the demand side management aspect of air conditioning load, improve the efficiency optimization management system of air conditioning load in the smart building, and introduces the relevant intelligent device of load management in the user side. Under the coordination effect of intelligent socket and gateway, this system can realize the intelligent control for the air conditioning load. Immediately it leads to the concept of demand response and a variety method of load control, in order to reveal the theoretical basis for load effective control of energy efficiency optimization system in the demand side.Secondly, this paper introduces the principle and process of energy efficiency optimization control strategy, then it proposes the mixed integer programming model of air conditioning load efficiency optimization control in the smart building, sets the relevant parameters of the simulation analysis, and verifies the validity of the proposed optimization control mode which can bring the effectiveness of assisting the electricity scheduling and power consumption arrangement of air conditioning for reducing electricity costs. This paper will use the platform GUI function of MATLAB, and in order to design the visual operating system platform of energy efficiency optimization and management, which imitate the electricity management platform of smart electricity interactive terminal.Finally, starting from the angle of smoothing the load curve, this paper develop the energy efficiency optimization experiment system of air conditioning load, and then it achieve the flexible and friendly interaction between the user and smart grid, moreover. this paper embed the efficiency optimization control strategy in the terminal control platform of air conditioning load, and eventually landed in the smart building and interactive business hall of a domestic city. Through the experiment results to verify the effectiveness and economic of energy efficiency optimization system and control strategy.
