In order to effectively alleviate the real-time power balance problem caused by a large number of renewable energy grid connected to the power system,the main measures are reflected in the technical means.And the use of load shedding and power abandonment to achieve power balance will lead to the unreasonable utilization of resources.With the development of power market,the demand response of load side can change the characteristics of load curve by using price lever or economic incentive;On the power generation side,the guiding effect of electricity price on power generation behavior is less considered.In order to promote the construction of renewable power system with high proportion of renewable energy and seek the relationship between the power generation side of renewable energy and the realtime on grid price.Using the price signal to regulate the power curve of renewable energy makes the main body of renewable energy actively reduce its output fluctuation and realize the friendly grid connection of renewable energy.Realizing the power balance of the system in a market way is of great significance to promote the consumption of renewable energy and the reasonable compensation of flexible peak shaving resources.Analyze the multi-factor impact of renewable energy power generation on real-time electricity price and establishes a multi factor correlation model for real-time electricity price and related factors by using multi-factor correlation analysis method.Taking Northern Europe and Germany with mature market mechanism and high renewable energy consumption rate as examples,it is verified that the real-time price of renewable energy is mainly affected by its own power generation,prediction error and load demand.Considering that the relationship between supply and demand is the inevitable law of marketization,the disharmony between renewable energy and load in time scale is essentially that the relationship between supply and demand is unequal in time.A renewable energy supply-demand price based on supply-demand relationship is studied.The mathematical characteristic function of renewable energy supplydemand price is fitted by using the data of Nordic power market.Combined with the demand response relationship on the load side,the min-max model of supply-demand price based on supply-demand relationship is established with the goal of maximizing the consumption of new energy and minimizing the regulation cost of thermal power units.The simulation results show that using the renewable energy supply and demand price to adjust the renewable energy curve to achieve power balance is more conducive to promoting the consumption rate of renewable energy and the stable output of traditional units than technical means.In order to promote the regulation resources dominated by thermal power units in a large number of renewable energy grid connected systems to actively participate in peak shaving,a renewable energy environmental electricity price considering the carbon emission of thermal power units is proposed,a staged peak shaving compensation mechanism of thermal power units is set,and a peak shaving benefit model of thermal power units is established.While promoting the consumption of renewable energy,stimulate thermal power units to actively participate in regulation to ensure the power balance of power system.At the same time,due to the strong volatility of renewable energy,it is unfair for thermal power units to bear the additional peak shaving impact on the power grid to a certain extent.Therefore,the simulation results show that the use of renewable energy environmental electricity price to regulate its on grid electricity can not only encourage thermal power units to participate in peak shaving and obtain peak shaving benefits,but also reduce the peak shaving pressure brought by renewable energy’s own power generation on the power grid.Fully tap the regulation potential of renewable energy on grid price on its on-grid power curve and use the price signal to guide the market balance of power supply and demand,promote the consumption rate of renewable energy,reduce the peak shaving pressure of thermal power units,improve the operation safety of power grid and promote the development process of carbon neutralization.
