With the development of iron and steel industry, factory, station and wharf demand more and more of the electromagnetic crane's performance. At present the magnetism control system of lifting electromagnet can't meet the need of practical engineering which is diversity and flexibility. This paper studys main circuit control system adopting two inverse parallel three-phase rectifier bridge.In the beginning, the paper is a rounded analysis of electromagnetic crane's characteristics, including the analysis of lifting electromagnet and circuit. It makes mathematical model of electromagnet and circuit. The paper analyzes the operating modes, such as controlled magnetism mode, strong magnetism mode, adjustable flux mode and the mode of laying down iron plate one by one. It also analyzes operating process and proposes technical proposal of electromagnet's power control system that is adapted to electromagnetic crane in multiple work mode.Secondly, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the different work modes, and the working process of the state of the change.Sampling value according to obtain real-time sensor, using PI control strategy, principle of rectifier and inverter and logical circulation control system principle of theoretical analysis, this paper determines the different work mode works, to achieve stable operation of the control system, and simulation analysis are carried out using Simulink.Thirdly, using the Qt Creator based application development platform, this paper simulated the actual engineering of the human-computer interaction interface and operation control interface, etc.;It uses MATLAB/Simulink software to establish the main electrical wiring, connection is established by the S function;The two project coordination control, preliminary implementation function, can complete the basic development of software system, further to prepare for the program late transplantation.Finally, based on TMS320F28335 chip was designed of master control chip, the hardware circuit, and designed with Code Composer Studio (CCS) software as the development platform, C, C++ as the programming language integrated application development platform of software system.Combines design of software and hardware, through the independent development of PC software in communication way for joint debugging, such as integrated control much work mode electromagnetic magnetic crane control system of the actual operation effect, test run data, then analyze the experimental results, the research of control strategy is verified by the correctness and rationality of the control scheme.
