Along with the development of science and technology and the continuous improvement of the automation level, more and more automation equipment with computer control system applied to the room of the government, telecommunications,finance and other departments of the data center and enterprises and institutions. The development of modern industrial technology put forward higher requirements of power system operation security, intelligent and reliability level. The traditional distribution system has low integration, low accuracy, large error and manual operation can achieve remote monitoring and so on. To develop the distribution of better quality monitoring, more accurate, more intelligent power distribution monitoring system has become a trend of the present stage. Therefore, this paper designs a scheme of distribution monitoring system based on DSP and LabVIEW, its mainly work as follows:First of all, through research and analysis of the status of distribution monitoring system, aiming at disadvantage of the traditional distribution system, this paper determined the direction of the development of distribution system, and then presented a combination of distribution monitoring system scheme based on the DSP and LabVIEW and then gave the design performance and index.Second, this thesis completed the distribution monitoring system with the core chip of DSP for the next bit machine hardware circuit system design. According to the function of distribution monitoring system, each module was designed and the design of hardware circuit was given. Mainly included power supply circuit, communication interface and the external RAM expansion, switch input and output module,temperature and humidity data acquisition module, transformer selection, signal circuit of conditioning module, a zero circuit, phase-locked loop synchronous circuit design and analog to digital conversion circuit design.Third, the completion of the distribution system was done in this thesis, the next bit machine software programming. Including the DSP operation of the main program,timer and external interrupt program design and program design of serial communication program design, data processing, and program flow chart were analyzed.Fourth, this thesis completed the design of PC monitoring system and theman-machine interaction based on LabVIEW. Its main work was the design solving the problem of communication between the upper and lower machine, computer data receiving and processing and PC monitoring interface design and data storage management and remote network access.Finally, through the test and analysis of distribution monitoring system design,the design basically meet the expected task.
