At present, the growing automobile market is gradually increasing the demands and consumption of the natural resources,but also bring more pressure to the environment. As a typical traffic vehicle of new energy, the electric vehicle has more advantages than traditional fuel cars,and the large-scale development and popularization of electric vehicles has become the inevitable trend in the future.so, reasonable planning of the charging infrastructure not only can improve the convenience of electric vehicle charging users, but also can accelerate the promotion and development of the electric vehicles, has more important meaning and value for resolve the energy shortage and environmental pollution problems which we are facing now. In response to this trend, this article will explore and research the reasonable planning for electric vehicle charging infrastructure.Firstly,this article discusses the current situation and the research results of electric vehicles and the charging infrastructure, analyzes the guiding ideology and principle of the layout planning about the electric vehicle charging facilities,besides, this article design a scientific and complete system of layout planning method.Secondly, in view of the randomness and uncertainty charge demand of electric vehicles, analyzes related influencing factors about the electric vehicle charging load, use the monte carlo method to simulate the electric vehicle charging behavior and constructed a daily-charge-load forecast model for electric vehicle that on the basis of the relevant statistics,use an example of a certain region Electric load, analyzes the impact to the power grid which comes form the electric vehicles disorderly charging after the large-scale electric vehicle access to the power grid.Thirdly,in view of the different of the charging behavior and the way of charging, build two different charging model which based on thr point demand and path demand,then,the planning concept for charging pile and the of planning concept for charging station were respectively presented. Finally, according to the different situation of path flows which in the traffic network,use a queuing model and satisfaction function as the objective function to analyzes and identify the best capacity of charging stations which in traffic network.The examples of this paper are based on actual case and the results are feasible, the model can all provide a optimal planning scheme.So,the research of this paper may provide certain reference value and decision-making basis for the layout planning about the electric vehicle charging facilities.
