With the energy crisis and the increasingly serious environmental pollution situation,electric vehicles have become an important measure to alleviate the double crisis.All countries in the world are strengthening the research and development and application of electric vehicles.However,due to factors such as long charging time and short driving range,the widespread use of electric vehicles is seriously hindered.Therefore,it is urgent to establish a complete network of electric vehicle charging stations for the popularization of electric vehicles.Since the charging station is a new type of public service facility,the premature construction method has certain immaturity and Uncertainty.Therefore,it is very important to systematically study the charging station layout planning.This research can not only promote the development of relevant theories,but also practice.There are also certain guiding opinions,and it can promote the optimal allocation of social resources and promote the healthy and sustainable development of the electric vehicle industry.Firstly,this paper analyzes the current construction and use status of electric vehicle city in China by taking the example of Shenzhen,an example of electric vehicle development demonstration city in China.Through field investigation and data analysis,the practical problems and corresponding problems in the construction of electric vehicle charging stations in China are summarized.Secondly,the BASS diffusion model method is used to predict and analyze the quantity of electric vehicles in the planning area,and the Monte Carlo simulation method and GIS analysis method are used to obtain the time and space distribution characteristics of the fast charging demand of electric vehicles.Combined with the above factors,the distribution capacity and the number of charging stations required for the high-power centralized electric vehicle charging station in the planning area are predicted.Furthermore,summarizing the planning principles of high-power centralized electric vehicle charging stations;integrating the construction of electric vehicle charging stations and the interests of users,combined with the distribution of electric vehicle charging demand in the planning area,the goal of minimizing the total social cost is proposed.Optimized layout planning model for high-power centralized electric vehicle charging station.The model comprehensively considers the factors such as the demand point distribution of electric vehicles,infrastructure construction costs,operation and maintenance costs,and power network loss costs.The model was solved by particle swarm optimization algorithm with introduction hybridization and Voronoi diagram method.Finally,this thesis takes Futian District of Shenzhen as an example to verif>the above mathematical model,and provides reference for optimizing the layout of high-power centralized electric vehicle charging station in Shenzhen,and proposes some high-power centralized electric power.Practical advice for car charging stations.
