As a key part of the circuit breaker,the breaking performance of the contact mechanism directly affects the performance of the circuit breaker,therefore,aimed at the study at home and abroad for less double-break circuit breaker contacts institutions,research and other contents of a single problem.Firstly,analysis the circuit breaker works,structures,and structural characteristics of double-break circuit breakers,etc.Then a detailed analysis of four double-break action mechanism of the circuit breaker contacts while double-break circuit breaker contact mechanism according to the force and movement characteristics in the process of breaking,breaking establish realistic course of action kinetics model,and its comprehensive motion analysis and force analysis,thus breaking operation for four-and five-link link process were deduced contact mechanism equivalent torque,the equivalent moment of inertia and the associated lever angular displacement and angular velocity relationship as well as double-break circuit breaker contacts quantitative calculation mechanism inherent break points calculated operation time and all relevant characteristic data.Then using ADAMS software contactmechanism lever double-break circuit breaker for flexible analysis,stress distribution related components,and determine the point of maximum stress,and then use stress-strength interference model,institution limit contacts reliability calculation of stress maximum link under the static strength and fatigue strength,to verify its reliability.Finally,design optimization algorithm MATLAB software provided with the rotary double-break circuit breaker contacts breaking speed as the objective function,to contact the relevant parameters such as a lever mechanism and the contact spring stiffness of the spring,the movable contact quality,even under rod length as the design variables to optimize the design,according to the results,can visually see each design variables affect the size of the objective function,which can quickly optimize the design.In addition,this algorithm is simple,visual effects,and eliminates the need to use the ADAMS software must be optimized when the secondary development process,greatly improving the efficiency of the design optimization.
