Research On Rural Planning Based On Rural Tourism Orientation

With the enhancement of new rural construction,advancement of new type of urbanization and introduction of policies like promoting reform and development of tourism,rural areas are actively looking for new breakthrough direction in the process of planning and construction practice gradually.Rural areas are starting to keep an eye on tourism especially for those whose natural ecology and historical and cultural resourcesare superior.Additionally,with the improvement of people's living standard and ever growing demand of tourism,an increasing number of people are pursuing for returning to nature.Therefore,developing rural tourism actively and reasonably is the realistic choice of realizing rural sustainable development.Rural areas are the foundation of our social development,rural construction has always been a major historical mission under policy-oriented situation.However,there exists some problems in rural planning and design at the present stage,which will result in less benign interaction in the process of developing rural tourism.Therefore,this paper focuses on researching the method of rural planning and design and the constructional path and development strategy under rural tourism-oriented situation.This paper researches the rural planning strategy macroscopically and specific rural designing methods microscopically with the goal of rural sustainable development in the new era and background of tourism-oriented situation.On the theoretical basis of previous research,this paper explores the essence of developing rural tourism and analyzes the factors of developing rural tourism according to practical situation,types of rural areas are divided according to rural resource attribute and spatial feature,internal relations between the two items are induced.To ensure mutual promotion of developing rural tourism and planning and construction,principles to follow are concluded,rural tourism planning strategy including image planning,product planning,development and management,guidance and supervision,development strategy of relevant industries are put forward to realize rural sustainable development.These strategies are then integrated into methods of rural planning elements creatively.Requirements of overall planning layout,traffic facilities planning,public space planning,greenery landscape planning,rural architecture planning,service facilities planning,public facilities planning are put forward to form rural planning philosophy and design method that can not only meet the requirement of rural planning and design but also develop tourism-oriented rural tourism.Finally,combining theory with practice,apply rural planning principle,development strategy,design method which are based on rural tourism in the rural planning practice of Wuheng village,Yixiu district,Anqing city.Feasibility of these methods is verified by the case.This paper can not only provide some theoretical basis for current rural tourism and planning research but also support for relevant practical experience.
