Traffic network is the lifeblood of a city's development, rapid development of the city needs a stable and efficient transport system. The uncertainty of actual traffic system, the traveler in the process of travel due to the lack of information and making the wrong decision will lead to the sharp decline in road network operation efficiency. Therefore, this paper researches on combined modal split and assignment model considering the travel time reliability under the influence of traveler information.Thesis assumes that traffic information of the traveler comes from the Advanced Traveler Information System(the ATIS), The system make the combined travel decision by providing accurate, high quality travel traffic information. First the paper analyzes the information impact on travel decisions, depending on the traveler information acquisition ability will be divided the travelers into two classes, “equipped with ATIS” and “unequipped with ATIS”.Based on two types of users of different perception of route travel time, using the theory of network mixed equilibrium path choice model is established under the influence of the information.Further, the paper analyzes the source of the uncertainty of the traffic system, in a random supply network as the research object, Under the link capacity assumption of uniform distribution path travel time budget calculation model is given.Finally, the paper study based on a combination of travel decision-making level of choice under the framework, in the paper assumes that the users of “equipped with ATIS” and “unequipped with ATIS” perception of the error on the paths and all obey the Gumbel distribution. Using variational inequality technique, Travel time budget for path selection criteria established combined modal split and assignment model considering reliability under the influence of traveler information.This model can consider the quality of the information system of information, user's reliability requirement and the attractiveness of different way to travel on the path and the influence of mode selection. Then it is proved the equivalence of the model and gives the corresponding algorithm to solve the model. Paper with test road network simulation analysis was carried out to verify the validity of the model and algorithm.
