Currently, in finite element simulation analysis of multistory frame with infilled walls for progressive collapse, few researches adopt three-dimensional solid elements to simulate all components, as well as the relevant literature that considering the effects of factors such as different stories of infilled wall's setting and different horizontal layout mode of infilled and so on is rare. For a more realistic simulation of space failure modes of the frame progressive collapse,considering the effects of infilled wall coordinating spatially with beam plate and column, this paper use nonlinear finite element analysis software,which developed based on virtual laminated theory, and select 20 nodes three-dimensional solid degenerate units,from the plane frame to the space frame,to analysis the progressive collapse resistance performance of frame models that considering the above influencing factors. The main research works of the article are as follows:1.Through analyzing the mechanism of infilled wall's action involved in framework, the parameters for models and foundation for R.C frame progressive collapsehas have been determined. A test study on performance about R.C. frame structure with infilled under lateral loads is analyzed. By comparing the finite results with the the original progressive collapse test, for example, loading process, framework destruction, the structure's load-displacement curves and other features. It is verified that this software and its theory can be used in the study of frame's resistance of progressive collapse that considering the role of floor, and has nice calculation results.2.Three groups, 24 single common eight-story plane frame models with different span and different stories of infilled wall's setting were analyzed, spans and stories have been determined for further study. According to the design results, establish three accurate space finite element analysis structure models with different spans, use dismantle component method to remove the middle columns, then respectively set up the infilled wall from first to seventh story of three frameworks. Then analyze the vertical progressive collapse resistance performance of the above 24 models. By comparing different spans and different number of story with infilled, the influence of spans and the numbers of infilled stories to plane frameworks have been found. Thus the spans and stories of space models are also determined.3.Ten six-story space frame models with infilled walls that have different stories and different horizontal arrangement are analyzed. Firstly, according to the design results, establish six-stories space finite element analysis models, use dismantle component method to remove the middle columns along the long side. Then change the numbers of stories with infilled walls and the arrangement of infilled walls, then analyze the vertical progressive collapse resistance performance of those ten frame models. By collating the results, draw some useful conclusions about the impacts of the progressive collapse resistance performance, considering the effects of infilled wall coordinating spatially with beam, plate and column.
