With the continuous improvement of people's living standards,domestic wastewater treatment industry is growing rapidly,increasing the total amount of wastewater treatment,municipal wastewater treatment rate continues to increase.But the Chinese wastewater treatment industry is still in its early stages of development,wastewater treatment technology has yet to be further innovation and development.In recent years,wastewater treatment technology development,the emergence of many new methods and means.Using magnetic fields to strengthen pollutants(especially high concentration and low concentration of pollutants)settlement polluted(waste)water has become a new type of water treatment technology.Magnetic technology can be used alone or in combination with other water treatment technologies,in the process of its low energy consumption,easy operation,no secondary pollution and low cost,is a very promising technology.On the basis of the traditional precipitation method,using magnetic combinate advection precipitate pond to construct a magnetic field auxiliary precipitation system to treat simulated wastewater which is treatment object.Through simulating static experiment to verify the feasibility of the magnetic field assisted precipitation method for treating wastewater;By the contrast experiment auxiliary funcation of magnetic field or without,studied the treatment effect of magnetic field assisted precipitation treatment system;by the parallel tests of precipitation system,discusses the variation of the treatment effect and influence factors of precipitation systems in detail.;through the orthogonal experiments magnetic field assisted precipitation systems,and discusses the best operation parameters of the magnetic field assisted precipitation system;The results showed that:(1)A magnetic field auxiliary precipitate system treat wastewater is feasible.(2)Treatment effects of the magnetic auxiliary precipitation system than those without the magnetic auxiliary precipitation system is better,and the treatment efficiency is higher;The experimental results show that the inflow discharge of sedimentation tank?the suspended sediment concentration of influent and sedimentation time etc for affecting the removal of suspended solids and the removal of turbidity is associated and limited mutually.As a result,the main factor affecting wastewater treatment effect of sedimentation system should be controlled within a certain range.(3)The inflow discharge of sedimentation tank in a magnetic field auxiliary precipitate system is the most important factor affecting the treatment effect of suspended matter and,secondly the suspended solids concentration of influent,and finally the sedimentation time,while the inflow discharge of sedimentation tank and the suspended solids concentration of influent together is the most important factor affecting the turbidity treatment effect,followed by the precipitation reaction time.Concluded that the optimum operating conditions for magnetic field assisted precipitation system is the inflow discharge of sedimentation tank Q = 36L/h,the suspended sediment concentration of influent C = 100mg/L,sedimentation time T = 30min.At this time,the removal rate of SS and turbidity have reached the maximum.(4)The sedimentation device of auxiliary magnetic filed is applied to the process of wastewater treatment in an electronics enterprise in Changsha and the test effect proved to be great.The result showed that after treatment,water quality index could meet the national emission standard.
