The City Park And Square Dynamic Research Based On The Fuzzy Evaluation Method

The City Park and Square are two important forms of open spaces. They are not only places where city public activities happen, but also take the responsibility of displaying the images of the city, beautifying the urban environment and the repair function of urban ecosystem. Therefore, we should pay more attention to the development of the City Park and Square, and many cities have prepared city public special open space system planning.However, in the actual constructions of the City Park and Square, building materials and vitality increase is not synchronized. The physical facilities of many City Park and Squares in our country have improved steadily, but space vitality is obviously inadequate. Therefore, how to enhance the vitality of the City Park and Squares becomes a problem which the current urban studies must face.Firstly, my paper starts with the theories of the City Park and Square and vitality, carding the connotation, components of the City Park and Square vitality and the sources in four areas:active users, a suitable place, a variety of activities and active catalyst.Secondly, build dynamic evaluation system of the City Park and Square. Through the detailed analysis of the factors which influence the viability of the City Park and Square, taking the use of literature research, the frequency statistical method to determine the corresponding evaluation index under the three dimensions of users, space place, and further activities, eventually my paper finish the establishment of the City Park and Square vitality evaluation system. On this basis, make the use of fuzzy evaluation method to quantify some qualitative index and take the advantage of contrast levels to determine the index weight heavy, finally obtain four grades of a final assessment of the viability:excellent, good, fair, poor.Thirdly, select the four city park and squares in the Old Town Gaochun as case studies and evaluate their respective viability situations, obtaining the final results. It makes the content regulations of the four public open spaces clearly to construct importance-satisfaction evaluation matrix, which is important or general. Then, combine with the analysis of index Weights ordering and actual cases, my paper proposes four principles of the City Park and Square dynamic shape. And under the guidance of the principles, aiming at the existing problems of the four city park and squares, my paper proposes specific planning and design recommendations to enhance vitality.
