In recent years,the energy crisis of oil and coal aggravate constantly.Human beings is facing serious threats of energy and environment problems.Solar energy is clean,renewable and abundant,got more and more attention.It becomes the best choice to solve the energy crisis.Photovoltaic power generation has the advantages of safe,reliable,no noise,no pollution and low costs,being the focus research in the field of solar energy.Many remote areas in China and even in the world lack of water.Photovoltaic pumping system is a new solution to the problem of agricultural irrigation,desertification control and domestic.It produces good social and economic benefits.Based on the analysis of working principle of the photovoltaic pumping system and the output characteristics of the photovoltaic cell in this paper,design a small power photovoltaic pumping system.According to the use requirements,propose the design scheme of the whole system on the basis of the data and literature.Photovoltaic array is the power supply of the system and use the brushless DC motor with position sensors to drive the water pump work.Focus on researching the main influencing factors of the output power of the photovoltaic cell,talking about the necessity of the maximum power point tracking in order to improve the efficiency of the system.Based on the analysis of basic structure and the work principle of the brushless DC motor,use the high performance STM8 S as control chip of the system.Design the speed control strategy of the brushless DC motor through the fuzzy adaptive-PI control to adjust the duty ratio of PWM,realizing the speed control of the motor.In addition,the control and protection of the system is realized by the combination of the software and hardware.In order to examine the performance of the proposed scheme,simulate the speed control system of the brushless DC motor in Matlab environment.Setting up the experiment platform,test the system and do experiment.The results show that the system can keep stable and high working efficiency.And the system has obvious feasibility.
