Bridge engineering plays an important role in the national construction and people's life.In recent years,the cause of China's bridge construction has developed rapidly,so far,this trend is still maintained.In the rapid development of bridge construction,bridge construction process and post operational safety becomes bridge scholars and managers are concerned with the topic,due to the development of network technology and sensor technology,nowadays,the technology of on-line monitoring system for new or existing bridge structure design and installation combined with multi discipline,multi organization and multi function is more mature.In this paper,the research object of Xiamen BRT in service bridge structure group,to establish a set of suitable for similar Xiamen BRT bridge structure of multiple sensors and multiple observation stations and meet the requirements of data acquisition equipment,multilevel computer analysis and health assessment is one of the full bridge structure health monitoring system.The ultimate goal of the system is to realize the bridge health condition of real-time online monitoring and the monitoring data processing,to appear damaged structures can timely warning alarm,so as to realize the goal of the safe operation of the bridge structure.The main tasks and conclusions in this paper are following:(1)Reading at home and abroad on the bridge structural health monitoring information,to understand the present status of the development and application of bridge structural health monitoring technology,starting from the concept of bridge health monitoring,opportunity for the purpose and significance of bridge health monitoring,the importance of building a bridge health monitoring system is introduced to ensure the traffic safety travel and the overall operation performance of the structure,the composition and function of bridge health monitoring system are expounded..(2)According to the research object of this paper,the structural design characteristics of the BRT bridge in Xiamen,the relevant parameters of the health monitoring system are established,introduces the content and the choice of sensor type for the detection of the bridge structure.,in addition,also to research the health monitoring system design meter mainly uses of fiber Bragg grating(FBG)sensors and GPS technology in bridge health monitoring application.(3)From the overall design of the bridge health monitoring system as a starting point,to study the content,monitoring items and sensor to be used,the design principle of data acquisition and transmission and on bridge structural damage alarming identification method of Xiamen BRT bridge structural health monitoring.(4)According to the characteristics of Xiamen BRT bridge structure,the overall plan of the structural health monitoring system design of Xiamen BRT bridge is proposed,research from the establishment of a system should follow the basic principles,the system's basic structure,health monitoring system should have the function,basic monitoring project,system to the sensor of choice,given the Xiamen BRT bridge structural health monitoring system of the main monitoring content and main sensing device and layout principle,and suitable for the bridge structure damage warning and identification methods were summarized,for design of structural health monitoring system of bridge in Xiamen BRT provide basic technical support.(5)Suitable for Xiamen BRT bridge structure characteristics meet the sensor layout requirements of 6 kinds of common test point to optimize the layout and 5 kinds of vibration,strain measuring point layout optimization method(the hot spot stress method and MAC matrix method,modal strain energy method,the generalized strain energy density method,genetic algorithm)is studied.The modal strain energy method,the generalized strain energy density method and the hot spot stress method are used to optimize the vibration and strain measurement points of 3 typical bridges in the bridge structure group,optimal placement of vibration and strain measuring points in order to achieve the best price performance ratio is obtained.(6)According to the characteristics of the Xiamen BRT bridge structure as well as the original viaduct station set,the may be in each of the two bridges at setting a data acquisition station,the original station located on a level monitoring station of the "decentralized" design station optimization principle,gives the optimization scheme after the completion of the health monitoring system of data acquisition.(7)Xiamen BRT bridge structure as the object,study and put forward the concrete implementation scheme of a sensor arrangement,measuring from the station set up,optimized for data acquisition,data transmission and so on integrated health monitoring system,and puts forward the suitable for this type of bridge structure health condition assessment model and Application method,initially identified a bridge monitoring project of precautionary reference value,for the health status of bridge to achieve early warning and forecasting.
