With the rapid development in the field of infrastructure construction in our country,the bridge engineering has become an important part of infrastructure construction.Nearly 10,000 bridges start to be built every year.With the number of bridges increasing and their structure becoming more and more complex,it has become a prominent and serious issue as how to ensure the safety of bridges as well as how to monitor their health condition.In order to satisfy the needs of bridge monitoring,this thesis applies modern structural analytical technology,sensing technology,testing technology,computer technology,mathematical statistical and analytical technology,and modern network communications technology to establish a health monitoring system of bridges which integrates environmental monitoring,structural monitoring,and data analysis,processing,and warning.The monitoring system collects real-time structural data of bridges;grasps the health condition of bridges in operation,intelligently and graphically displays various status data of bridges;establishes an effective safety warning mechanism to give timely warning when abnormal structures or emergent incidents occur;grasps the changing law of the working status of bridges;provides technical support for bridge maintenance and management units and finally achieves the overall goal of advanced technology,easy operation and reliable running.To begin with,this thesis offers a general description of the history and the current situation about research at home and abroad,and describes the major points of research in this thesis.It goes on to analyse the factors to choose sensors for bridges,explaining three kinds of sensors,namely,static level instrument based on optical fiber grating,magnetic flux sensor and wind speed and direction instruments in detail.Then the relevant knowledge of Socket network communications and GPRS wireless network communications technology is introduced and the software technology of the system and the evaluation algorithm of bridges are analyzed.After that,according to the overall plan of development of the monitoring system,this thesis describes the design of the system framework,together with the following module designs,including the million-level data export module,the authority management module,the warning management module,the customized backup mechanism and other functions.What's more,this thesis also introduces the process of monitoring data and the design of database,including database outline design and table design.Finally,the fruits of the system are shown in the form of screenshots,including the displays of WEB management platform and of mobile APP platform.In the testing stage of the system,in order to further verify the system,the function and the performance of the system are tested according to the characteristics of B/S structure.And the testing processes of the million-level data export module and of the regular backup mechanism are introduced in detail.To make a conclusion,this thesis summarizes the shortcomings of the present monitoring systems of bridges and the advantages of the informationized system of health monitoring of bridges designed in this thesis.Next it points out the shortcomings of this system and the direction for its improvement,and provides a reference for the expansion of functions of the system.So far,the whole process of the health monitoring system of bridges has been completed,including its design,research,implementation and testing.Furthermore,this thesis applies for the invention patent of the method and system of exporting million-level records to tables from database through the browser.
