Simply supported continuous girder bridge has the advantages of simple structure, mature construction technology and low cost, which has a large proportion in bridge family. But in the latter, the bridge will exist a variety of diseases in system conversion site, Such as the deck cracks in the negative bending moment section and middle span, too large inverted arch value, lateral connection failure and the bearing failure etc. It can be seen that the disease of simply supported continuous girder bridge has a great relationship with the system transition process. As yet, Due to the lack of research on the relationship between disease and construction process and the influence of disease on bridge structure, construction process of simply supported continuous girder bridge still exist many randomness. it is difficult to put forward a feasible and effective method to prevent.The paper starts with the system conversion process to study the factors of disease and effect of disease on mechanical properties of structure and its prevention technology.As the engineering for the carrier, by analyzing the system conversion process through the combined method of finite element analysis and experimental data, The variation rules of stress and deformation in the transformation process is summarized, a depth understanding of the mechanical characteristics of the system transition process of simply supported continuous girder bridge are obtained.Starting from the system transition process, study on the influence of key control points of the construction process on internal forces and deformation, find the connection between bridge disease and those control factors. In the process of system conversion, the main control factors are precast girder loading age and standing time, removal time of temporary support and construction temperature on the structure of the wet joint.Based on the theoretical analysis and finite element calculation, the influence of the bridge structure performance cased by common diseases of Simply supported continuous girder bridge are studied, the influence characteristic are obtained, The common diseases of simply supported continuous beam bridge are transverse connection damage, support failure and deck crack on pier top and middle span.The reasonable system transition process of simply-continuous girder bridge is studied by numerical simulation method, and the suggestions are put forward. Some practical preventive measures are put forward for the common diseases in the construction of simply supported continuous girder bridge.The above research results may not only improve the understanding of the mechanical characteristics of simply supported continuous beam bridge and contribute to this kind of bridge more reasonable construction schedule, but also be more in-depth understanding of the impact characteristics of disease on the bridge and put forward reasonable and effective preventive measures.
