Based on our country's construction of guangdong XX bridge project as the background, in view of the large span corrugated steel web composite structure connection structure quality control difficult, complicated structure, temperature sensitive, strict construction, construction control is difficult, technology applications and adverse factors such as the lack of effective reference system to study the characteristics of corrugated steel web PC girder bridge structure, construction method, just the web positioning control method and the stress of the whole construction process, linear change in performance.By field measurement and theoretical calculation analysis of the linear and stress monitoring and adjustment methods, sums up the main factors influencing the construction control and the effective measures.The bridge construction monitoring of finite element calculation model is established, and the successful application in XX bridge span length combination(90 m + 160 m + 90 m) in the process of the construction control.Presently a XX bridge has been closed, in bridge alignment and stress level to meet the requirements of the relevant standards and norms.First, a comprehensive review of the current development of corrugated steel web girder bridge at home and abroad and its application, especially through comparing with the traditional concrete box girder web, from the bending capacity, shear and torsion performance is summarized in three aspects: the corrugated steel web plate girder bridge mechanical characteristics, in addition to study the overall combination of corrugated steel web PC box girder structure, prestressed decorate a form, waveform link plate, the structure of the steel web plate and diaphragm plate.Secondly, parameters selection and calculation of construction process, matters needing attention, control of the key issues and has carried on the detailed analysis and summary, through the corrugated steel web plate bridge construction technology compared with the traditional construction technology, perfect the corrugated steel web plate of the bridge construction technology, in particular, causes it to become more reliability and maneuverability.Third, adopting software MIDAS/CIVIL is established considering the construction process of the finite element model, the main construction phase structure stress, deformation and stability are analyzed in theory, the study predicts the change rule of each construction stage structure, it is concluded that the main structural stress and linear changes during construction, and through the construction of the measured stress and linear numerical, by means of comprehensive comparison and analysis, validation of corrugated steel web plate continuous beam in the construction process of stress and linear consistency with the results of model calculation.Finally, guided by the dynamic simulation calculation of construction, combined with the field measured data, the construction process of strict "double control", compares the measured values and the theoretical value, provide the basis for the construction.Using the nonlinear finite element program Midas to corrugated steel web PC girder bridge construction process analysis, combining with engineering examples, constantly in the construction monitoring analysis and improve the parameter Settings and research on construction key technology, key parts, key link of the control measures and corresponding quality control measures, provide reference for the similar projects in the future.
