The Corrugated Steel Webs Of Continuous Box Girder Bridge With Large Span Research On The Key Technologies Of Construction

In this paper,the main research results of the key technology of large span corrugated steel web girder bridge construction are as follows:1,on the bridge over river dyke construction of monitoring measurement of bridge construction shape,structural stress monitoring and control,to ensure the bridge structure internal force and stability and linear meets the design requirements.2,combined with taohuayu Yellow River bridge construction,proposed construction key technologies such as long span with corrugated steel webs in box girder bridge corrugated steel webs of machining dimension control,the base plate and the angle steel shear connection.3,developed a scientific and reasonable special construction technology programs and successfully implemented,to achieve a safe zero accident,zero defect quality construction objectives and the opening of the.4,precise analysis of the construction displacement increment on the shape of the steel web plate processing,for the use of non support construction of large span corrugated steel web box girder bridge construction to play a reference role.5,through the construction process of the girder deformation real-time monitoring and bridge deck line surveying,cross dike bridge bridge deck measured height and the height are in good agreement,each segment of the deck measured height and the height difference were within + 20mm,in line with the corresponding standards and design requirements.6,the construction process of beam body stress monitoring,cantilever construction process of concrete beams in roof and floor are in compression and in allowable stress ranges within,the corrugated steel webs should stress level is low,indicating that the structure is safe.
