With the worldwide shortage of energy, wind power for its clean and renewable features has paid more and more to attention by the parties, and set off a wave of inter-national new wave of wind power. Wind power technology is also changing and variable speed constant frequency generators for its advantage has become the mainstream models currently on the market. The most prominent feature is the volatility and uncertainty of the wind power output. As the number of wind farms and single wind turbine installed capacity increasing, wind power fluctuations on the power systems become more significant. On the supply side, we pay more attention to the macroscopical on the whole wind farm output power characteristics, therefore the accurate concise wind farm equivalent model is the wind power industry hotspot.This paper presents an equivalent machine to characterization of wind turbine field performance of the whole wind farm equivalent model, the equivalent unit in average wind speed that are generated by the action of wind power and wind power are equal and the model is suitable for wind power system simulation. The area west of Jilin is a wind farm in the actual operation data for statistical analysis in order to get wind of single unit and its overall operating characteristics. Focused on the analysis of the field units to capture the wind speed and the output power of the differences, the results showed, in units of large differences exist between show that the traditional units accumulated power to modeling method is not accurate.Then, in the known experimental wind-power data on the basis of some mathematical methods applicable to the establishment of grid-connected wind power output characteristic curve, we optimize the standard wind power curve. A wind turbine average wind speed concept is to solve a set of problems between the difference of output power. This is equivalent to the establishment of equivalent model of wind farm. With the wind farm actual output power contrast, error analysis, the establishment of equivalent model of effectiveness is verified. The model can be used for a given wind condition in wind power fast calculation, suitable for largescale wind farm network operation simulation evaluation.Finally, in the power system analysis software for wind farm connected to power system analysis of the situation, through the analysis of steady state and dynamic analysis of the two aspects of the simulation we verify the wind power grid based on impact.
