| The state environmental protection department in January 1, 2012 since the implementation of the GB13223-2011 "thermal power plant air pollutant emission standards", the new standards a substantial tightening of NOx emission limits. 17 600 MW subcritical pressure controlled circulation boiler NOx emissions have failed to reach 100 ~ 200mg/m3 in Guohua Electric Power Generation in service(O2=6%) requirements of the new standard. Therefore, the need for the existing 17 boilers transformation of low NOx combustion system.In this paper the transformation of domestic 600 MW subcritical boiler low NOx Teclast company as the research object, analysis of combustion process and NOx emission of pulverized coal in blast furnace, The advanced composite classification of low NOx combustion technology research, through the use of low NOx nozzle, advanced composite air staging, accurate air distribution and adding auxiliary deflection wind, completed the laboratory test, the 3MW test platform on the thermal test, numerical simulation and 600 MW unit boiler retrofit demonstration work, Research on advanced composite grading effects of primary zone excess air coefficient, reduction time, overfire air layout of key design parameters on the efficiency of NOx reduction, NOx concentration, CO concentration, carbon content in fly ash and NOx control technology, the reduction in combustion process.The results of the study show that: in the condition of not reducing the boiler efficiency, NOx emission from the transformation of the former 400 ~ 550mg/m3(O2=6%), reduced to 120 ~ 200mg/m3(O2=6%). Not only meet the requirement of the new standard, but also create a certain economic benefits for the company. |
