With the environment problem and fossil energy exhaustion becoming more and more serious, power industry is faced with big challenges such as enhancing energy efficiency, improving power supply security and strengthening environment friendly. The appearance and development of micro-grid in power system has great potential in response to the above issues. Power supply, load, energy storage section in the micro-grid all contain large amounts of controllable power resources.Comprehensive use of controlling and adjusting methods, coordination the allocation of power resources in the micro-grid, play a key role in embodying the advantages and efficiency of micro-grid. Research on micro-grid optimization control strategy has important theoretical meaning and engineering value. In this paper, the main work is as follows:(1)Divide the controllable power resources within the micro-grid into three types: power supply, load, energy storage, and put forward micro-grid's optimization control strategy which synthetically consider “source-load-storage”response. In order to testify the optimization effects, compare it with other two optimization control strategies, respectively, “source-storage” optimization control strategy and “source-load” optimization control strategy.(2)Respectively, establish multi-objective optimization model of micro-grid system's interconnection and isolated net running. This model takes into account the objective function of various internal micro power generation cost and pollutant emission cost. At the same time, constraint conditions such as the balance of power system, various micro power output power limit and rev downtime is also considered as. The proposed the distribution estimation-particle swarm algorithm can simultaneously realize the unit combination and optimization of load distribution, which is verified the correctness and effectiveness.(3)Latin hypercube sampling is adopted to improve the scene generation. And Euclidean distance is utilized in scene cuts to describe the uncertainty of the random variables. Then establish uncertain model considering prediction error of wind and pv new energy and the prediction error of load. Research on the proposed optimization control strategy under grid-connected and isolated net operation mode respectively. In grid-connected mode, analysis the effects of uncertainty factors on the control strategy optimization, while in isolated net operation mode research the sensitivity of optimization results influenced by uncertainty factors.
