With the development of the national economy,people’s demand for electricity continues to increase,but in some remote areas such as islands and mountains,it is usually far from the conventional large power grid,and it is difficult to get a good power supply.These areas are generally rich in renewable energy,such as wind and solar energy.Therefore,in these regions,priority can be given to the development of clean energy microgrids,making full use of renewable energy sources such as wind and solar power for selfsufficiency.However,wind energy and solar energy depend on natural conditions and have obvious randomness and volatility.Therefore,it is necessary to determine the control strategy of such an island-operated micro-grid and ensure its economic efficiency.This paper takes wind / light / firewood / storage island operation micro-grid as an example to study the optimization control strategy of this micro-grid under the island mode,so that it can meet the needs of users with economic efficiency.First,the structural composition of an island-operated micro-grid is studied,and each micro-power source is simulated;after considering the randomness and fluctuation of natural conditions such as wind speed and light intensity,the forecast of wind-power output based on numerical weather Method;and introduced the working principle and control strategy of the diesel engine and energy storage unit as a supplement.Then briefly introduces the source and structure of the basic particle swarm algorithm,and analyzes the parameters of the particle swarm algorithm,and studies the impact of the parameters of the particle swarm algorithm on its performance;proposes an improved particle swarm for the shortcomings of the basic particle swarm algorithm.The algorithm is tested and the validity of the corrected algorithm is verified by a test function.The basic framework and solution method of micro-grid optimization control strategy research based on improved particle swarm algorithm are proposed.Finally,an island micro-grid model based on the improved PSO algorithm is used as the solution model,and a typical day in a certain area is selected as an example.The minimum comprehensive operation cost is used as the objective function,and the decision variable variation range,acid lead battery operation limit,and island are selected.The power balance limit of the operating micro-grid is used as a constraint condition,and the optimal operation strategy of the island-operated micro-grid is determined.The improved PSO algorithm is used to solve the optimal operation control strategy.By comparing the operation results of the basic particle swarm algorithm and the improved particle swarm algorithm,it is proved that the improved particle swarm algorithm has faster convergence speed and more efficient convergence accuracy.
