Researchers have been focusing on the research field of traffic. In the traffic field, the main research is how to obtain better public services, traffic accidents, illegal control etc. The public transportation service mainly includes query service, ticket ordering service, mode of travel services, path planning service, location service, induced services etc. Public transportation services can not only bring convenience to the public, but also can bring enormous social and economic benefits. Traffic accident rescue is mainly to use of the hospital, fire protection, traffic police, highways and other resources promptly and efficiently to improve efficiency of traffic accident rescue. Traffic accident rescue efficiency can not only ensure the safety of lives and property of citizens and to maintain social stability and harmony. Illegal control is mainly to improve the overall quality of the driver and improve the efficiency of law enforcement police. Effective control regulations play an important role in traffic management.However, the range of traffic field is wide, because it is composed of many systems and it needs to contact each other to exchange information. SOA provides a method of integration for the information exchange of each system. Four problems in this field is solved. Firstly,each system is managed by different departments and the function of each department is different, which cause each system in the design of the time are independent of each other, so it is difficult to exchange information. Secondly, the phenomenon of information island is more and more serious. At the beginning of the design, these systems have not been set up unified standards and norms and in the late, the development of each department is not balanced. So they lead to the fusion of these systems is difficult. Thirdly, the degree of coupling of these systems is high. It is difficult to reconstruct to realize the relationship between the various systems. Fourthly, the scalability of each system is bad. It is difficult to make full use of the original architecture to add services.At the same time, with the continuous development of the mobile terminal, Google released Android platform in 2007. The current version of Android platform has been increased to 6.0, the application program based on Android platform has been emerged in an endless stream. So it is necessary to achieve client software in the Android platform, so that users can understand the information through the mobile terminal such as mobile phone whenever and wherever.So, in this paper, the principle of SOA technology integrating each system in the traffic field, hospital, fire is studied which make the system made in this paper has sufficient data support. At the same time, this paper uses SOA seven layer structure model to construct the system architecture to make the system made in this paper has excellent technical support.Because of these, the hotpots in the traffic field is researched based on the demand of the system, mainly including the research of user travel mode function based on user preferences,the research of traffic accident rescue decision support function, the research of system functions combined with Baidu map and the research of information inquiry and information uploading. The client is designed in the Android platform, which not only can make users know traffic information, also can make traffic police understand rescue plan according to the level of traffic accident when traffic accidents happen and inquire and upload illegal information anytime, anywhere. So the system made in this paper can not only provide information services for users, can also provide decision support for traffic police on duty.
