Traditional energy, such as oil, coal and so on, has become increasingly scarce. The deepening of the energy crisis and the strengthening of the awareness of environmental protection, prompte people to start looking for new clean energy. Wind energy, as a clean and renewable energy, has a great use value, and gradually attracted the attention of the world. Compared with thermal power, nuclear power, wind power data acquisition and monitoring is more difficult. Monitoring and data acquisition system(SCADA,Supervisory Control and Data Acquistion)is widely used in the process of wind power generation. Monitoring system and the wind farm is far apart, which requires SCADA system should meet the requirements of long-distance communication. At the same time, how to ensure the security of data communication between the monitoring system and the wind farm is an essential condition to achieve the normal operation of the SCADA system.Based on the traditional RBAC model, this paper designs and implements a secure access control model based on identity authentication. The security access model based on identity authentication mainly consists of four parts, including user authentication, user credibility value calculation, authority assignment and user information storage. In the aspect of user authentication, the authentication method based on PKI system is adopted; In the process of user login, the background program will be based on the user login static information to calculate the user's credibility; Privilege allocation module is implemented according to RBAC model; The last, user information storage module saves all the information that the user logs on each time. The security access control model, which is composed of four aspects: user authentication, user's credibility value calculation, authority distribution and user information storage, can ensure the security of the SCADA system of the wind farm to the maximum extent. This model plays a significant role in the aspects of safety and dynamic adjustment of the operating system user permissions, system maintenance and staff assessment etc.
