Based on the ongoing trend of information technology involvement in enterprise,data on Hydroelectric production area will be no longer be constrained to their ownclosed-loop systems, but also needed as output to production-management informationsystems to aid service analysis and strategy decisions. With the establishment ofnetwork infrastructure platform in CHINA Yangtiz Power CO.,LTD., together with thegradual maturity of network systems, the above work has become one of the key tasksin the information system development. More specifically, one of the key parts toensure the information reliability security of power system includes both the datatransfer between real-time monitoring system and production-management informationsystem, and sound design of data transfer channels in-between.Previously the data transfer is realized by simply series interface between SCADAand ePMS. This way is restricted in data real-time capability and flux, and can notadapt enterprise fast information development.The article's design aim at above tasks. The analyzes is on the basement ofcharacteristic of SCADA and ePMS, especially studies and does research on the datatransfer reliability security mechanism and hardware/software implementations, andthen expect to build an reliable secure and robust data transfer channel between the twonetworks.The study of this article is conclude as follows: The thesis analyzes properties anddata input requirements of SCADA system and ePMS, clean flows, compare differentdesign fabrics, ensure and balance the security, the rationality and the practicability;Designs data transfer channel, analyzes the necessity for data transfer channel to beconstructed on basis of physical isolation devices between production real-time datanetwork and production -management information system; Designs detailed interfacefor SCADA system and ePMS from viewpoint of system architecture, softwarefunction, interface features, relevant database and programming. The realized systemimprove automation degree of ePMS and efficiency, which can satisfy with demand ofquery, analyze and statistic, without any influence to Security and reliability of SCADAsystem.The research result improve the construction of the corporation data center, andwill build a platform of production information used for management and decision.
