Energy shortages and environmental pollution is serious these problems humanity is facing is becoming a key factor restricting sustainable development. Therefore, to solve the problem, while maintaining a comfortable environment inside the building, but also reduce energy consumption in buildings, so that the atmospheric environment pollution is reduced. In this context, ground source heat pump technology as a green technology to start promoting. Actively promote solar, geothermal and other renewable energy applications in the field of air conditioning, reducing emissions of SO2, NOx and particulate matter and other pollutants, improve the environment, which for our country to protect the ecological environment, reduce the pollution has an extremely important role. In this paper, ground source heat pump project research Tianbao Industrial Park were simultaneously replace coal-fired boilers and single-cold air conditioning system from a ground source heat pump, ground source heat pump systems only replace coal-fired boilers as a starting point, respectively, were both efficiency and energy saving technology dynamic economic analysis, and also a comparative study of the two. Ground source heat pump technology in specific application problems and advantages for the further promotion of ground source heat pump technology, the popularity has a very positive reference value. The main work is as follows:First, from the connotation of ground source heat pump system energy saving benefits, the index is determined, index calculation analysis, and introduces the basic principles of technical and economic analysis, basic principles, a variety of technical and economic parameters of the dynamic analysis of relevant indicators and calculation method, ground source heat pump technology to build energy saving effect estimation and economic analysis modeling techniques.Secondly, Baodi Tianjin Tianbao Industrial Zone ground source heat pump system to replace coal-fired boilers with a single cold air-conditioning project to conduct field research, and based on the actual situation in the park ground source heat pump replacement project of ground source heat pump system in the actual operation among energy saving benefits were quantified analysis.
