A New Method Of The Network Loss Allocation To Calculate

With the fast development of global innovation in power market, the monopoly state of power industry with traditional power generation, transmission and distribution integrated structure is replaced by the market oriented mechanism. In the past, due to the vertical management in the system, the allocation of the network loss has not been a cause for concern. Nowadays, along the introduction of competition mechanisms into the power market, how to allocate the network loss to the customers justly, fairly and reasonably has been a vital issue that needed to be solved in the innovation of power market.First and foremost, this dissertation introduces the domestic and overseas present status of the primary methods and researches on the location of the network loss. Also the detailed research on the popular power flow tracing method is presented in this paper. The irrationality in the network loss allocation method, which is based on the active power and reactive power decoupled tracing, has been pointed out in this paper. Based on the plural proportional sharing principle, the network loss allocation method with the foundation of the complex power tracing is proposed in this thesis. This method is applied into the two-way network loss allocation mode, in which the network loss of each element in the grid is shared by the generators and loads.Secondly, under the conditions of electric power market, because of the problem of large amount of calculation and calculation timein the solution to the network loss allocation with the power flow tracing method, the Redial Equivalent Independent(REI) method is applied to the network loss allocation. Making use of the characteristic that the power flow is unchanged in the tie line after the network equivalent simplication, the complex power tracing method can be used to trace the whole network loss after the equivalent simplification of the primary network. This proposed method can directly trace the network loss without the active power and reactive power decoupled, not only taking the influence of the reactive power to the active power loss into account, but also simplifying the calculation process majorly.Finally, this article has carried on the real example analysis, the results show that the improved tide of complex power tracing algorithm is compared with the other algorithm has the result more accurate, and the characteristics of simple calculation process, shows that the algorithm when the loss allocation calculation not only improves the work efficiency, and improves the accuracy, have very strong practicability.
