Research On Automatic Injection System Without Leakage Based On PLC Control

Gas standard has been widely used in the field of products quality supervision and quality control,instrumentation calibration,atmospheric environmental monitoring,health care,clinical examination,analysis method of evaluation,the industry increasingly high demand on the precision of the standard gas,strengthening of standard gas occur device is necessary.No leakage automatic injection system in many industries have important applications,no leakage of injection process and the accuracy of the localization and quantification is gas generating system in the main part,can improve work efficiency of industrial production and security,the system research has a important significance.The device can be installed in a constant temperature chamber,and the requirement can be automatic for six gas generator without leakage.This research in view of the above requirements,a variety of programs for the optimization and,on the basis of developed no leakage automatic injection device design,through the control of the X,z direction of movement of the slide plane motion,using the motor and the screw rod mechanism driven injection liquid fetching needle to do reciprocating motion,and the two plate combined motion to achieve the injection process,the whole system has certain precision control conditions,so as to realize the note taking liquid.The accuracy of the positioning.From the following aspects: first,the ball screw,guide rail,stepping motor,supporting way,ball screw bearing design,calculation and selection;second,completed the design of the injection needle,generator tank mechanical seal and reagent bottle box;third,other devices such as system the photoelectric sensor and the cleaning liquid pump,cleaning loop check valve selection;fourthly,summarize the assembly plan to complete the assembly,such as motion slide assembly,material bottle system feed device assembly,injection liquid general assembly drawing module assembly,cleaning assembly system and the whole system;fifth,open-loop control system control part of the device is driven by step motor,and with PLC as the main controller;the six,finite element analysis and motion of important parts by using SolidWorks software Simulation,the whole mechanical system for motion simulation,in order to verify the design scheme of the correct and reasonable.
