Although the Chinese high-speed rail has become a business card of “Made in China”,the manufacture of high-speed railway track plate is left behind.This research subject is aiming at the exiting problems in production process and assembling of high-speed railway track plate,the analysis is performed and the improved technical scheme is proposed,then the new production line and intelligent tensioning mechanism are designed.The solution design of high-speed railway track plate production line and the detail design of tensioning mechanism are mainly discussed in this research topic.Then the designed device is debugged and tested at the scene in order to deal with the technical process problems and improve efficiency of high-speed railway track plate manufacturing.The automotive and intelligence of high-speed rail production line,the wireless transmission to the parameters(mainly for the tension stress of every steel bar and the stress of finished plates)of manufacturing process are to be realized,the internet plus big data is to be formed,providing advanced intelligent packaged equipments for chinese high-speed rail stepping out to the world.In the process of research and design,the technology process and manufacturing equipments of railway track plates had been learned at the production scene for many times.According to practice situations,the improvement and the design scheme of new tensioning mechanism has been proposed,then the finite element analysis and multiple optimization for the whole tensioning equipment have been performed,the equipment has been manufactured based on the result of optimization at the last.This equipment had been installed,debugged and practically tested at china railway 23 bureau factory,and the trial-product of railway track plates had been made,the optimization and improvement have been constantly performed at the whole testing and debugging process.Through testing and improving for many times,this equipment could realize the function of synchronous tensioning for 40 steel bars surrounded at four sides,the tension force is homogeneous and withstood by mould itself.The homogeneity of tension force influenced by tensioning beams' deformation had been dealt,the problem of steel bars' uneven tension stress caused by the fixed foundation method which tension stress withstood by foundation frame beams and tensioning beams,has been solved.The new technology for railway track plate manufacture has been created which received high degree recognition of railway company and business owners.It has fully success of researched tensioning mechanism in theoretical calculation,3D modeling analysis and installing,debugging as well as testing at the scene,the tensioning mechanism could realize synchronous tensioning without being tension stressed on external bearing beams,it can be applied to production lines,the firm foundation for automotive and intelligence has been laid,the technology of high-speed rail has been promoted.
