Track slab is an important component of high-speed railway track engineering construction.The production of high-quality track slab is the key to ensure the safe,fast and stable operation of high-speed railway.However,the current production line of track slab is mostly matrix pit fixed production mode,which has backward production technology,low production efficiency,low utilization rate of equipment needed for production,long working time,almost all processes are completed by manual operation,and low automation.In order to meet the requirements of industrialization,mechatronics and mass production of high quality track slabs in modern factories,it is urgent to develop an automatic production line.In this paper,the automatic production mode of double-block sleeper production line is combined with the production process of CRTS III track plate,and the design of the operation system of the track plate assembly line(automation)is realized.According to the process requirements,the design of the central control system of the production line is completed by using the distributed control method.The operation system of production line can be divided into conveying control system and transverse vehicle control system.The system uses PLC as the controller,adopts Modbus RTU communication mode supporting RS485 bus to communicate with the frequency converter,and then controls the executing mechanism to complete the flow of the production line.According to the requirement of working conditions,a new positioning scheme for the transverse vehicle is proposed,which uses encoder to record the position information of the transverse vehicle and position detection device to correct the position information collected by the encoder,so as to reduce the cumulative errors caused by wheel skidding or idling.The running system of the production line is tested by simulation and field test.The central control system,also known as the upper computer system,undertakes the important work of information acquisition,status display and data processing of the whole track board production line.In this design,LabVIEW software programming is used to plan and design the central control system.The upper computer and the lower computer are connected by Ethernet and communicated by Modbus TCP/IP protocol.With the help of SQL Server database,data storage functions of some workstations are realized.Data interaction with LabVIEW is carried out,a friendly human-computer interaction interface is established,and field operation test is carried out.
