Hydraulic Excavating Rock Machine is equipment used to dig, striping, and crush hard material, such as the rock and soil. It can not only play a role of digging, stripping, but also digging, stripping, and crushing can appear at the same time. Since the products have not been promoted in the market, and its research is still in the initial stage, so the study of the design is important now. Structurally, Hydraulic Excavating Rock Machine is mainly composed of percussive shell, impact, and dig rock hook. So the design of Hydraulic Excavating Rock Machine contains mainly the design and analysis of the three parts. But the research of the hydraulic impactor is relatively mature, and digging rock hook is the working part of Hydraulic Excavating Rock Machine, so the study of digging rock hook is the key. Due to the working process of the Hydraulic Excavating Rock Machine is similar to ballistic pendulum, driver and hydraulic hammer, so this paper analyzes Hydraulic Excavating Rock on the basis of their analysis theory.The basic principle of hydraulic impact machine and the study of its key components have been introduced firstly in this paper. Based on the design requirements of hydraulic impact machine provided by enterprise,conducts design and calculation.Then according to the calculation results, builds key components of Hydraulic Excavating Rock Machine,Afterwards, puts forward the optimization advices of hydraulic impact machine.Secondly,analyzes the best fit position between the dig rock hook and shaft by the theory of Ballistic Pendulum, puts forward another structure model of the dig rock hook.Afterwards, by analysis method the wedge pile,calculates the digging rock the estimation formula of the ultimate bearing capacity and dig rock structure and size of hook and the performance parameters of the media. Next according to stress wave analysis methods to analyze the dig rock stress wave propagation in the hook,It is concluded that the relationship between the stress wave propagation and dig rock and the structural parameters of the hook. Finally, through ANSYS/LS-DYNA software simulates the impact process of digging rock hook, short drill rod and illustrates the dig rock hook,and according to the results of the post-processing illustrates the dig rock hook parameters on the impact and the influence of the stress wave propagation.
