With the rapid development of information technology,in many electronic circuits or large computer systems,people have higher requirements for the response of signal systems or computing devices.However,in the field of engineering application,there is contradiction between equipment usability and equipment performance.People use kinds of machines,in one hand,they hope that machines are getting smaller and smaller,in other hand,they can use them more easily.So the size of chip shrinks to nanometer scale that unavoidable thermal noise in electronic devices even stronger noise intensity.The study of stochastic resonance appears to be particularly important.It has become a theoretical focus about that noise can play a constructive role in helping nonlinear dynamical systems to produce counterintuitive ordered behavior.It has aroused wide aware of this research.Stochastic resonance and logical stochastic resonance both turn noise into useful energy,in this case,system,noise and signal could help with each other.In this paper,we have consulted and collected a number of recent theoretical research results on stochastic resonance and logical stochastic resonance,study Some of the knowledge,such as stochastic resonance theory,stochastic resonance experimental model,logical stochastic resonance theory,the knowledge of noise and the parameters of the quasi-static system.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Study the development of stochastic resonance and the basic theory of stochastic resonance.In the quasi-static system,the output response of the system is enhanced.From the traditional stochastic resonance theory,which is extended to the logical stochastic resonance,the stochastic resonance theory is applied to the computing device.(2)Design a realistic model of logic based on stochastic resonance named Schmidt trigger circuit quasi-static model.In this paper,the nonlinear quasi-static system based on circuit model,considering the quasi-static system with colored noise in reality and the effect of electronics relaxation rate on the logical stochastic resonance is also discussed.Considering these two considerations,a nonlinear quasi-static system model is designed,which can reflect the reality.(3)Combining the theoretical knowledge with the experimental model,we worked a large number of experiments that to verify the incentive of the logical stochastic resonance of the nonlinear quasi-static system with colored noise.Two major kinds of Logical stochastic resonance effects are presented by changing noise intensity,as well as by changing correlation time respectively,and the effect of electronics relaxation rate on the LSR is also discussed.At the same time,it lists the engineering practice of stochastic resonance and logic stochastic resonance and its application in the field of engineering.
