Pneumatic control system has some unique characteristics such as simple structure,low cost and is easy to control in some harsh environments,for example an explosive,radioactive environment.To control the pressure and flow rate,it is the main research direction of the high pressure pneumatic system,but there are lack of deep research and report about the pressure and flow compound control.This paper designs a pneumatic pressure and flow compound control digital valve and conducts deep research of its control characteristics.The main contents are as follows:The structure of the compound digital valve is designed,the principle and mathematical model of the valve is introduced,then,the three-dimensional model and processing drawings are drawn.The simulation models are built up in AMESim to study its pressure and flow characteristics.Using Fluent to study the coupling characteristics between the different inlet of the complex valve,and analyzing the effect of export diameter and depth on the outlet flow.The compound valve control system is designed,including the selection and program of the master computer and slave computer control system.The experiments are carried out to test the pressure and flow performance of the compound digital valve,experiment results show that the design scheme is reasonable,the compound digital valve is with good pressure and flow characteristics.
