In the northeast of China,villages and towns school teaching building palisade structure heat preservation capacity, indoor ventilation, daylighting effect are far lower than those of the city, the indoor thermal comfort level is low, and the energy consumption is large. With the improvement of economic level, the indoor comfort level of the school's classroom needs to be improved, and the conventional energy will be inevitably increased; the solar energy resources in Northeast China are very rich, which makes the Northeast China had excellent conditions in the development of solar energy technology.In view of the above situation, this paper aims to discuss how to improve the indoor comfort level of rural schools in the northeast of China.This paper gives a contrast of the teaching building comfort level between various schools in the northeast area through literature reading, field visits, questionnaire survey, software analysis, etc. By contrasting survey data and standard data, the paper achieves the following conclusions: the heating mode of village school teaching building in winter is backward, the building envelope insulation performance is low, the summer ventilation is not smooth, the effect is not obvious, which resulting in a poor indoor comfort. And there is another reason,The amount of energy consumption in winter and summer is large, in order to reduce the amount of energy consumption, schools will reduce the number of times of burning coal, resulting in indoor comfort.Select a village school teaching building for energy saving design and research, so as to improve indoor comfort. The research will be done from three aspects, the first aspect is to create a comfortable indoor temperature and humidity; the second aspect is the application of solar energy technology; the third aspect is improve indoor air quality.To improve the indoor comfort degree of rural school teaching building in the premise of saving energy consumption.Analyze the data of the successful reform of the village school teaching building, draw conclusions, this paper will provide practical case support for the village school teaching building reconstruction project.In the northeast of China, the application of solar energy saving technology has not been widely spread.The building energy consumption of rural schools in the northeast area is generally high. Along with the promulgation and implementation of the public building energy efficiency design standards, energy conservation activities have been carried out in schools of the large and medium cities. In northeast China, the construction area of village school building is very large, primary schools have been set up in villages,secondary school and central primary school have been set up in township, the total energy consumption of rural school buildings accounted for most of the total energy consumption of rural public buildings. This shows that it is important to study the characteristics of the northeast area rural school building, to strengthen the insulation and heat insulation performance, and to improve indoor comfort by use of solar energy technology.
