Building a resource-saving society is a strategic decision made by Chinese government in order to achieve sustainable development goals, aiming at energy conservation.Building energy consumption accounts for about 27.5%of China's total social energy consumption, and together with industry and transportation,it constitutes China's three key areas of energy conservation and emission reduction in China. The energy-saving renovation of existing buildings is an important part of promoting building energy conservation.Cold regions are vast and there are many primary schools in villages and towns, which have great potential for building energy conservationThe main content of this paper has the following four aspects::Firstly,this paper takes the villages and towns in cold regions as the research object, clarifies the background of energy-saving renovation, introduces the research status of indoor thermal environment and energy-saving renovation at home and abroad, determines the research methods, contents and framework, and defines related concepts;Secondly,it analyzes the climatic characteristics of cold regions, explains the concept of winter, and combs the relevant theories of indoor thermal environment and energy-saving renovation of public buildings;Thirdly, through the investigation research and the spot test to the village primary school in Handan area of Hebei province, the paper analyzes the architectural characteristics, building use status and user behavior characteristics of the villages and towns in the area, points out the existing problems in layout and energy consumption, and summarizes the indoor thermal environment characteristics, problems; Finally, considering the indoor thermal environment and building energy consumption, according to the investigation, test results and energy-saving design standards, this paper puts forward energy-saving transformation strategies for rural primary schools in cold regions in winter, and simulates the energy-saving effect after transformation with the aid of energy consumption simulation software DeSTThe main conclusions of this paper:Through investigation,it is concluded that the distribution, layout, building unit, heating effect in winter and energy-saving management of rural primary schools in Handan are not conducive to building energy-saving.The results show that the indoor thermal environment is cold, cool and slightly cool in winter, and most of them fail to meet the thermal comfort standard in village primary schools in Handan area, schools using central heating are superior to schools using air conditioning heating in heating effect, stability and uniformity of indoor heat and indoor thermal environment quality.Based on the previous investigation and measurement, the energy-saving renovation strategies of envelope structure, heating system, renewable energy utilization and user behavior characteristics are put forward.Combining with the relevant parameters of energy-saving design standards of public buildings, specific energy-saving transformation strategies for exterior walls, roofs, doors, windows and floors are put forward.Through the energy consumption simulation software DeST,the energy-saving transformation strategy of the envelope structure proposed in this paper 1s simulated, and the energy-saving rate reaches more than 30%.The energy-saving transformation strategy for rural primary schools in cold areas in winter proposed in this paper provides a certain theoretical basis for the energy-saving transformation of rural primary schools. It can improve the school-running conditions of rural primary schools, provide high-quality learning environment for students while saving energy.
