With the development of high-tech industry, the use of electronic equipment and nonlinear load, the demand for power is rapidly increasing, and the demand for power quality is also gradually harsh. Traditional detecting instrument is mainly based on SCM, it is monotonous and lack of precision, and its complicated transmission can not be applied to long distance,these shortcomings need to be improved.Aiming at the deficiency of the traditional instrument, this article sets forth its position on the development of power quality detection system which formed by ATT7022 E sampling module and S3C2440 microprocessor. The hardware part can be divided into voltage and current analog input module, SPI communication module,ARM microprocessor processing module and network communication module; The software part takes the Linux as the development platform, it expounds construction of software development environment, hardware interface routine and test produces,design of SQLite database and Network communication. At last detailed program flow chart is given; Using Qt to develop human-computer interaction interface,display the power quality of the relevant parameters.This article can be divided into four layers from the whole structure.The first part is the introduction, the basis of embedded development and the basis of power quality detection. It mainly discusses the current research, the concept of Linux,the performance of microprocessor S3C2440 and lgorithm for power quality detection based on mathematical model; the second part discusses the design of hardware,including the current voltage input circuit, ATT7022 E sampling circuit, SPI data transmission circuit and peripheral circuit of S3C2440;the third part is the design of software, it takes hierarchical model including hardware interface layer, logic layer and interface layer as the architecture and wirtes programs including data collecting,data processing, data transfer and so on; the fourth part is the results of the experiment and data analysis, it discusses the feasibility of the method and the accuracy of the measurement parameters.
