Development Of Marine Surveillance Ship Maintenance Management System Based On The Beidou Satellites

The Marine Surveillance Ship is China's comprehensive marine law enforcement official ship.Now with China's maritime rights and interests frequently violated,function of the marine surveillance ship is particularly important.Marine surveillance ship management requirements need improved,but ship management means is out of date,the ship management mode still remain in the traditional management practices,everything is still rely on manual processing,including plan,record,report,spare parts purchasing and others.The management staff workload,has seriously affected the level of ship management.So for the development of a set of maintenance management system for marine surveillance ship is urgent.Using C#.NET and database technology to develop a maintenance management system based on Beidou satellite.The system research object based on CMS8003 maintenance management needs.The system includes the ship repairing management,certificate management,oil management,materials management,spare parts management,equipment maintenance management,and other multiple auxiliary system maintenance module.This paper developments the system based on C# language,using ASP.NET to achieve through IE browser login system,to achieve access to the background database.The maintenance management system,using the ship network directly login the system as the ship connecting internet.When the ship oceangoing,we can login the system through Beidou satellite access.So the operator can login the system by the IE browser regardless of time and place.So as to improve the management efficiency and management level of the ship.This paper introduces the research backgrounds and some related technology which used during the system development,and then analyzes the requirement of the system,finally design and implementation of the system.
