The rate of line loss is an important technical index to measure the performance of a power system. It is also an important criterion for the comprehensive evaluation of the operation and management level of power enterprises. The waste of energy accounted for more than 6% of the total annual power loss caused by the power grid every year. So the study has important significance to reduce power loss. It can save enormous energy for the country and society, can make an important contribution to the reduction of environmental pollution.This topic is put forward from the author's work. In order to improve the area of line loss management it designs the line loss delicacy management system.Based on the analysis of the line loss management of the relevant theoretical knowledge, clear the factors related to area loss, discusses the methods of the theoretical line loss calculation. It focuses on the analysis of line loss calculation method of equivalent resistance and voltage loss method. Secondly, this paper focuses on the design of fine management system of low-voltage line loss. It provides a scheme of line loss management of the overall design on the analysis and research of the foundation of the demand of the software and hardware environment, including two parts:hardware and software. In the hardware part, the power consumption of each node is measured by the electric meter. The measurement data is transmitted to the substation management system through the RS485 communication interface and the GPRS wireless transmission mode. Line loss calculation situation of each station area, each area of the software system, and to monitor the status of line loss. For the abnormal changes of area loss, can timely provide the alarm, the prompt management personnel in a timely manner, and can be the basis of the given may cause of the failure.Through the comparative analysis of the software system design technology choice, it determines the MVC based architecture design, structure design based on the B/S model and the database design based on ORACLE. MVC architecture can guarantee the stability and processing speed of the system. At the same time, it can reduce the difficulty of development and save the development time. B/S structure is based on network technology. Its development cycle is short and the overall hardware cost is low. ORACLE database has good portability and high efficiency. So they can effectively guarantee the stability and reliability of the software system. It designs the anti-theft module based on RN8209. The module determine the whether the user of electricity stealing behaviors by measuring user terminal voltage, current, active power, no power etc. electric parameters, after the operation and processing.The module can be directly connected to the digital meter which is currently used in the area. It does not have to replace the meter directly. So it is with small hardware cost to achieve the anti-theft function.Finally, it designs the loss reduction measures, and apply it to the actual line loss management in the area. It verifies the validity of the line loss management system by comparing he District line loss rate.It analyzed the reasons of fault line loss and find the method to eliminate the fault. These experiences can make full use of the other area of the line loss management work. Line loss in low voltage areas of fine management system has perfect function, stable performance.It can be very good to complete the line losses of real-time monitoring and management. The auxiliary line loss management can effectively complete the line loss management.
