At present,the consumption upgrading,supply side reform and industrial upgrading brought about by economic development constantly stimulate the continuous expansion of power demand market,and the demand is booming.Under the background of expanding power consumption scale,more complex power consumption structure and increasing contradiction between power supply and demand,enterprises and governments pay more and more attention to energy saving and loss reduction.Line loss rate not only directly affects the economic benefits of power supply enterprises,but also an important indicator of the management level of power supply enterprises.With the development of the power grid,the continuous expansion of the distribution network equipment distribution range has led to a situation of increasing high line losses.10 kV distribution line loss is an important part of power network loss.Therefore,improving loss reduction measures and strengthening 10 kV distribution network line loss management are the essentials for solving the management difficulties of power supply enterprises,and it is urgent.Based on the actual data,combined with Tongshan 10 kV high loss line Tangyan line as an example,this paper makes a detailed and comprehensive analysis.The purpose is to put forward feasible loss reduction ideas for 10 kV distribution network line loss management,and promote the improvement of power quality and power supply reliability.The first part introduces the basic theory of line loss in 10 kV distribution network,mainly including the composition and classification of line loss and the equivalent mathematical model of 10 kV distribution network loss components.And the commonly used 10 kV power grid line loss calculation methods are compared and analyzed,and the characteristics of each method in practical application are summarized.Among them,the equivalent resistance method can meet the requirements of higher accuracy and better practicability.The simplification of some conditions in the calculation process also restricts its accuracy.In view of the characteristics of the equivalent resistance method that simplifies the calculation process,in the calculation of the theoretical line loss of the Tongshan Jiayan line,the equivalent resistance method is used to consider the voltage drop factor,which improves the accuracy.The reason for the high loss of the Jiayan line is obtained through the verification of the line change relationship of the Jiayan line and the analysis of its line loss distribution and characteristics.From the user’s point of view,the subsequent analysis of the impact of users’ electricity consumption behavior on the line loss rate level,and draws up a list of abnormal electricity users,provides guidance for the investigation of suspected users by power supply companies.Finally,combined with the line loss situation of Tangyan line,the common loss reduction methods are summarized.From the two aspects of technology loss reduction and management loss reduction,the energy-saving measures which are in line with the actual situation of Tangyan line and can effectively reduce the line loss rate of the line are put forward,and good loss reduction effect is achieved.The thesis contains 33 figures,24 tables and 81 references.
