Production of nanoparticle in electrical explosion of aluminum will be accompanied by the generation of plasma. The generation of plasma have great effect in production of nanoparticle. With Mach-Zehnder laser interferometry, the concentration of plasma in explosion can be measured.With plasma existing for only a few microseconds, the bandwidth of laser being nanoseconds and camera shutter time being milliseconds, synchronous control system is developed for the synchronization of the laser, the powered explosive device and the camera.In order not to accumulate too much background light and get high contrast interference fringes, it proposed reverse mechanism of cameras. In dealing with the interference pattern, with appearing no curved stripes in the explosion zone in high voltage and high pressure actually, it used laser transmittance to measure concentration of the substance to deal with interference image. For ease of use, we developed this highly integrated and intelligent system control software. Mach-Zehnder interferometer system control software including naming and storage of images, synchronization control systems, image processing, report generation are unified in the background and the user only needs to complete one-button operation.With recognized the same set of background light stripes and explosion stripes automatically as well as access the information of images quickly, it proposed a set of unified image naming convention. This image naming convention is throughout the system control software.For the purpose of each module work well and the combination of mudules work well, we uses unit testing and integration testing on Mach-Zehnder interferometer system. It can reduce errors and ensure stability. We can access three-dimensional maps of plasma finlly.In this paper, it discusses the development and research of Mach-Zehnder optical interferometer system control software. Firstly, this paper discusses the general situation of Mach-Zehnder interferometer system, and puts forward to the development and research of Mach-Zehnder optical interferometer system control software. Secondly, it describes the basic framework and the basic function of Mach-Zehnder optical interferometer system control software. Thirdly, it discusses how to get explosion image precisely, which is that the synchronize control system and the reverse mechanism of camera. Fourthly, it describes in detail image processing about the explosive interference pattern image, including the work of building image processing platform software and the arithmetic of image processing. Finally, It tested on Mach-Zehnder interferometer system and access the results.About building Mach-Zehnder interferometer system, it includes using C# to develop the control system, and focusing on the synchronous control system and camera reverse system to ensure capture high quality pattern. Then With MATLAB GUI, it builds image processing software platform and realizes the image processing algorithm with MATLAB. Finally, we will test on the software,obtain the plasma concentration profile and analyze the results.
